  • How can I check the status of my order?

    The status of your order is updated regularly on www.SheCoy.com. You can track any order from the time you finalize the payment till receiving the product. Please go to our user friendly page: Track Order.

     

    All you need is to login and insert the order number, which will be emailed to you immediately after completing the payment. You will get detailed data on order processing, the date it was shipped, location during shipment and delivery date. We will also keep you up to date about the status of your order by email.

     

    You can always go to Shopping Profile and check order ID and courier tracking number.

  • Am I able to make a change to or cancel my order?

    We believe that our customers’ satisfaction is extremely important. That is why we provide you the opportunity to make changes, edit or even cancel your order as long as it is still under processing and is not sent to courier for shipping.

     

    For cancellation, please go to Shopping Profile and click on Cancel Order.

     

    If the order is already shipped, you can return the products following our Return Policy procedures.

  • It seems that I received less products than what I ordered, what do I do?

    We, at SheCoy, carry out extensive quality checking prior to sending any order. In the unlikely case that there is a product missing from your order, please go to Contact Us page, chose your preferred way of communication & get in touch with us immediately so we can investigate.

  • What happens if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?

    We, at SheCoy, carry out extensive quality checking prior to sending any order to ensure that you receive what you ordered. In the unlikely case that there was a mistake, please go to Contact Us page, choose your preferred way of communication & get in touch with us immediately. Then you can return the product through our return page for free and you can make a new order.

  • There is one product that I like but is showing to be out of stock. What to do?

    Certain popular products that are highly in demand can sometimes run out of stock. We might also run short of some fabrics. Please get in touch with us and we will inform you when the product will be restocked or we can suggest another similar fabric or style.

     

    You can always select the Made-to-Order option, in which we will tailor any garment based on your exact needs and body size.

  • Why SheCoy e-money is not active as a payment option?

    You can use SheCoy e-money at any time to pay for your products or shipping or services. The following are possible scenarios for such an issue:

    1.You are not logged in to your account.

    2.Your balance of SheCoy e-money is less than the order total amount. You can pay using other options for this order and save your e-money for later as they have no expiry date.

    3.You have entered a promo code in checkout page. Promo code cannot be used with e-money. Please go back and remove promo code or if you want the discount, you can always pay using other options: Credit card/ PayPal/ Cash on delivery

  • Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

    Only one of our discount codes can be used per transaction.

  • I forgot to enter my promotional code! What can I do?

    Unfortunately we cannot enter codes manually after an order has been placed. You’ll have to save it for your next order!

  • Why do I have to verify my phone number?

    We request this verification for ensuring the security of your account. In addition, the courier will need this number to contact you once shipment is ready to ensure delivery to right person and on required time.

  • I am not receiving emails from SheCoy, what do I do?

    Some emails might be sent to Junk folder. Please check it out and move the email to Inbox. Adding SheCoyto your address book will eliminate this problem.

  • I am having trouble logging in to my account, what to do?

    Please make sure that you are entering the right email and password. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following the link in the Log In page.

  • Is shopping at SheCoy secure?

    Shopping on our website is guaranteed to be 100% secure. All credit cards and payment details are encrypted with the highest levels of security before being transmitted. We follow the most stringent protocols to ensure that each of our customer’s data is protected.

  • What are accepted payment methods?

    Accepted Pay Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal & COD (Cash On Delivery)

    1.Visa & Master Credit Cards: Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards and we guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. There are no additional fees for using Credit Cards.

    2.PayPal: We at SheCoy are proud to offer PayPal as a method of payment. Once this option is selected, you will be redirected to your PayPal account where all your debit or credit card details and address will be displayed, as well as your desired purchase. It is only when you click ‘Pay Now’ that the amount will be sent to SheCoy

    3.Cash On Delivery (COD):  For VIP Club customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia & UAE without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method for orders less than USD 500. Please note that COD is a service that our courier provides and charges are transferred to customers. The charges for COD are 5$/ order

    Currently we are not providing COD for countries other than listed above and for standard customers.

  • Can I trust my bank details for online payments at SheCoy?

    We use industry-leading encryption standards that will ensure all data given to us is safe and not accessible to any third party. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better and will never be shared with any third party. From your side, the most important point is to protect your password.   • What is SheCoy e-money?

    SheCoy e-money is similar to credit note which you can use at any time to buy products, shipping expenses or any services from SheCoy.

  • Is there an expiry date for SheCoy e-money?

    Your SheCoy e-money has no expiry date and it will be available for you to use at any time that you want to purchase any product from SheCoy or any of our sister companies.

  • How can I keep track of my e-money balance?

    Please login to your account and check the relative section and you can get all details needed.

  • Can promotional codes be used while paying with SheCoy e-money?

    Promotional codes can be used to get discounts while paying through PayPal, credit card or Cash On Delivery (COD) only. They cannot be used while paying with SheCoy e-money.

  • Why is my credit card details rejected?

    Please check these common issues that might be reasons for rejection.

    1.Some cards are not enabled for e-commerce shopping. If this is the case, you need to contact your bank to enable your card for online shopping.

    2.In order for 3D secure authentication to be passed, your card need to be registered with your issuer’s bank. Contact your bank if you are facing any problems with 3D secure.

    3.Make sure that you have entered all fields correctly:

    Card number

    Name on card

    CVV code (three digit number on back of card)

    Expiry date

     4.Double check that there is sufficient limit on your credit card.

  • Do you have the option of Cash on Delivery?

    We offer free delivery in UAE for all orders above 100 AED.

    In order to provide our customers with flexibility in payments, we have added the option of Cash on Delivery (COD). All VIP Club members enjoy this option for free. There is a fee of $ 5 that will be updated upon checkout.

    This option is currently not available in other countries.

  • Is there an option of Card on Delivery?

    This option is currently being researched for our customers in UAE. We will be updating the website once it is ready.

  • My payment is on hold, what do I do?

    You can get in touch with us by going to Contact Us page, choosing your preferred way of communication, contacting us.  A friendly customer care representative will be happy to direct you on what to do.

  • How do I know that a product fits me?

    Each product that SheCoy offers has a special data sheet that details its dimensions. This option is available upon clicking on “will it fit” button.Simple Sketches explain in a user friendly way all what is needed to make sure that the product is a perfect fit.

    SheCoy has a special online alteration section that will allow you to request your product to be altered as per your body size before shipping to you.

  • What if it doesn’t fit?

    Each product that SheCoy offers has a special data sheet that details its dimensions and with user friendly sketches that explain the fitment.

    If you proceed with an order and find out that a product does not fir you, you can simply go to our Return Product page and go through the simple process of exchange. If you want a different style then you can request for a refund and make a new order.

  • How can I search for a product at SheCoy?

    You can select the product category and browse through the available products. We will soon be adding a search option along with tools for fine tuning the results.

  • Can I come try an item before buying online?

    SheCoy has a studio & workshop in Dubai. You can drop by and try any of our products at your convenience. Also, we have a dedicated page where you can Book Appointment to ensure that we are waiting for you

  • I am outside the UAE, can I return or exchange a product?

    Of course you can! Any location that we ship to should be given the option of return or exchange. There is a user friendly Return Product page that will guide you through the simple process.

  • What is the return/ exchange notice period?

    You can request for a return after the receipt of your product by a generous 21 days. We should receive the returned package within this period. You have to take into consideration the courier pickup, shipping duration, along with other potential delays. That is why we recommend that you start the return process directly after receipt.

  • I am not happy with my order, can I get a refund?

    We, at SheCoy, consider your satisfaction to be of utmost importance and want to give you piece of mind while ordering. In case you would like to cancel the order, you can as long as it was not dispatched to courier for shipping. You will get refunded in the following manner based on the type of payment that you used:

    1.      If you paid through PayPal, you will be fully refunded directly to your account.

    2.      If you paid through SheCoy e-money, you will be fully refunded directly to your account. You can check your balance anytime by signing in and clicking on My Account

    3.      If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be fully refunded by SheCoy e-money that you can use anytime in SheCoy or any of our sister companies.

    4.      If you paid through Credit Card, you will be refunded back to same credit card. A deduction of 3% will be applied as a fee to our payment gateway provider. Neither SheCoy nor any of our sister companies benefit from this amount.

  • Can I return or exchange a product if I am not satisfied?

    We, at SheCoy, consider your satisfaction to be of utmost importance. That’s why we have formulated a hassle-free return policy, by which products can be returned or exchanged within a generous 21 days from receipt date. There is a user friendly Return Product page that will guide you through the simple process.

     

    We believe that it is OK to change your mind, but there are some conditions that you have to keep in mind. The product should be in as-new condition, unworn and with original hangtags, as we need to be able to send this product to other customers.

  • I had monogramming on my dress, can I return it?

    Monogramming is a personalized service that only the person requesting it can use it. That is why garments that are customized through our monogramming program or alteration programs are final sale and cannot be returned

  • What happens if I was delivered a damaged product?

    At SheCoy, we always do quality checks and take extra care in packaging before sending an order. Thus, SheCoy has strict criteria for accepting an item to be “damaged”. Yet, and in the unlikely case that any of products is damaged during shipment, please go to our Return Product page and complete the procedures. We will provide you with a replacement item or full refund, based on your preference. You will also be able to return the damaged product free of charge.

    It is recommended that you go immediately after receiving the damaged product to Contact Us page, chose your preferred way of communication, contact us & friendly customer care representative we be happy to direct you what to do.

     

  • I have returned a product, when do I receive SheCoy e-money in my account?

    We will credit the amount to your account within 1 working day after receiving the returned package.

  • Can I collect my order from your studio in Dubai?

    We are currently working on this option and will have it ready in January 2018. You will be able to conveniently place your order online through our website and collect your order from our studio in Dubai.

    Once you complete the check out, we will email you within 1 day to inform about the date that you can come pick up your order.

  • I have received a promotional code, how do I use it?

    VIP Club members get continuous promotional offers and regular members receive occasional promotional codes based on season & events.

    After adding your selected products to cart, simply proceed to check out and you will be prompted to input any code that you have before payment. Order total will be automatically discounted based on code you entered.

     

    Please note that promotional codes cannot be combined and only one can be used per order. Also they cannot be used with SheCoy e-money, but can be used with Credit card, PayPal & Cash on Delivery (COD) payment methods.

  • Can I order items for the purpose of reselling them?

    You are welcome to buy products for yourself and friends and family. However, if your intention is to resell, this is prohibited without a written agreement from SheCoy and its Commercial Company licensing it. Please contact us if you have enquiries about becoming a distributor.

  • Which countries does SheCoy deliver to?

  • Can I get next day delivery in UAE?

    The current delivery date for UAE is 24-48 hours depending on time that you make order

  • Who are the assigned shipment carriers for SheCoy?

    SheCoy currently sends shipments with Aramax. In January 2018 FedEx will be added so the customer will have two carriers to choose from.

    Depending on the product, the location and the shipment method, you will be given the option of choosing the preferred carrier.

  • How long will take to receive my order?

    Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Saturday-Thursday, excluding official holidays within the UAE.

    Before proceeding to payment you will be given the choice of shipment that will include the estimate for shipping days needed by courier. You will have the option of choosing the courier and choosing “standard” or “express”.

  • What Shipping methods are available for my order?

    We are glad to offer several shipping options. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping courier & method for your products. Each shipping method has its own charges that will be applied to your order. Please note, some items may offer only one shipping courier or method. As you update your shipping choices, your order total amount will adjust accordingly.

  • When the courier arrives at my place, what do I do?

    At the time of delivery, the courier will be requesting an identification for security purposes. Only official documents are accepted. Examples: ID, Driving License, Passport .

  • Can I schedule the delivery time?

    When your order has reached your location, the courier representative will contact you & arrange the date and time of delivery.

  • Why I am paying shipping charges even though I requested delivery in UAE?

    You can enjoy free shipping in UAE if your order is more than 100 AED. If your order is less than 100 AED, then there will be an added service charge of 18 AED
